All orders are processed within 3 days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed during business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

We offer the Standard Ground Shipping shipping. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

    Tracking Information

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and tracking link.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

    Delivery Issues & Delays

    While we work closely with our shipping partners, Dubai Essence LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
