Returns Eligibility

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Include all original accessories, tags, and proof of purchase
  • Be in resellable condition

Damaged or Defective Items

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 14 for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for eligible items if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unopened and eligible for exchange
